Shipping Policy

1. We offer free shipping with tracking number, the order over 100 USD will use DHL or EMS to ship, other will use standard small package shipping.

2. Product will be shipped within 3 - 5 working days after the payment received. Normally, DHL takes 7 - 10 days, EMS takes 14 - 20 days, other takes 20 - 45 days to ship.

3. Phone number is required for shipping, which is the important info for courier to contact you.

4. If there is any delay, it may be caused by bad weather or custom clearance. If you don't receive any items after 60 days, please contact us.

5. We reserve the rights to charge the shipping fee again for returned items due to the wrong address or custom clearance problem.

6. We are not liable for any import tax or custom fee. You can not cancel the order or request refund based on the custom clearance problem.

7. We will try our best to minimize the potential custom fee, if you have any request for the package value and item description, just leave it in the note.
